Heather is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of extensive clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of mental health settings. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work while offering a clear, direct approach that clients often find both supportive and effective. Heather is deeply committed to fully understanding the individuals she works with. She approaches therapy with curiosity, thoughtfulness, and care, taking the time to explore each client’s experiences, values, and goals before moving toward solutions. Her background in both clinical and crisis‑based mental health care has shaped her appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support and her ability to remain steady, attuned, and responsive during difficult moments.

She believes it is a privilege—and a responsibility—to create a space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, explore authentic parts of themselves, and engage in meaningful personal growth. Heather walks alongside clients with encouragement and respect, supporting deep healing while offering practical insight and direction.

Heather draws from a wide range of well‑established therapeutic frameworks, including systemic, existential, narrative, holistic, and solution‑focused approaches, allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. She has a particular passion for working with young adults, helping them navigate identity development, relationships, life transitions, and emotional well‑being.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, self‑harm, LGBTQ+ support, sex and intimacy concerns, postpartum and fertility challenges, as well as couples and family therapy. Across all areas of care, Heather remains collaborative, intentional, and invested—helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward lasting change.
